Epoxy Flake Floors

Decorative Epoxy Flake Floors are incredibly durable and hard wearing as well as being stylish and hygienic. Commonly used in Domestic Garages and home workshops due to their stylish good looks and durability. A great easy to clean solution to your garage makeover.

CSC Fast Track Floor 2

FROM 4 DAYS TO JUST 2

Epoxy flake floors are traditionally a 3-to-4-day process but here at CSC we have developed the FAST TRACK FLOOR 2 DAY system which will have your floor returned back to you sooner and with less hassle and down time. Just because its faster does not make it less quality.

CSC mechanically ground using state of the art 3 PHASE grinding machines removing all the lumps and bumps to produce a flat blank canvas before applying two layers of our super tuff epoxy resin, this is then rolled on before the coloured flake is applied. Once dry the flakes are then coated with a protective clear coat. This clear coat assures that the integrity of the decorative flake is maintained, protecting it, and improving its longevity. This process produces a decorative epoxy floor that not only has a high level of wearability but makes it easy to keep clean. Regular maintenance ensures your investment will stand the test of time.

Plain Epoxy Floors provide a hard wearing and durable surface with little to no maintenance. Non-Slip Epoxy Safety Flooring

In this modern workplace meeting Australian Standards (AS 4586) for public use and workplace areas is serious business. CSC knows the importance of meeting these standards. We use a range of different products and techniques to produce the desired AS ratings.

In other words, we can customise the finish to suit the AS standard depending on the floor’s use and requirements. One of our specialties is public use areas and high traffic workshops.

Polyurethane Coating

Polyurethane coatings are one of the most versatile concrete coating available. They come in clear and a wide range of colours. Urethanes provide a hard wearing, hygienic and easy to clean solution to floor protection.

Extensively used in Commercial applications but now sort after in domestic applications for honed concrete and coloured options for garages and driveways. You can add colour, style and function to your home garage or driveway using the many different colour options. ( see colour chart)

It’s UV stability make it perfect for commercial workshops and industrial sheds that receive direct sunlight.

Slip additive can be added to make sure its safe even in the wet. Meeting Australian Standards (AS 4586)
